Thanks to its double insulation, the pizza oven is environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The double insulation also helps it withstand extreme temperatures, ensures rapid heating, and consumes less gas. It bakes your pizza lightning-fast at 500 degrees Celsius and is designed to distribute heat perfectly evenly throughout the oven which is the secret to a crispy result.
The Witt Fermo Pizza Oven is equipped with a U-burner for even heat distribution. Witt Fermo has an integrated pizza stone, meaning your pizza only needs to be turned once, as the U-burner ensures uniform heat distribution across the entire pizza.
