Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a minimum of 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.
Some product brands may offer extended warranties as a part of a campaign of a new product launch or as a paid service or otherwise. You will have to check the applicability of these directly from the brand.
Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.
What is Trade-in and how does it work?
Renow Trade-in service helps you turn products you no longer use into cash. You can sell pre-owned products by simply filling out a product form and we will handle the rest.
You can sell a wide variety of products that fit our selection. If you're not sure whether your product is a good fit to our selection, you can always make an offer – you don't have to commit to anything. When deciding which products to buy we consider product category and condition.
After submitting, we review the product information, and make you a purchase offer with shipping instructions. You can either accept or decline the offer. Finally, we will inspect the product and list it for sale in Renow Outlet. At this point, you will be paid the offered amount.
I have not heard about Renow Outlet before, what is it?
We are a new marketplace that sells products returned to our partner retailers with discounted prices. All products are verified and checked by us. We have 4.7 / 5 rating in Trustpilot and are very actively developing our re-commerce service.

The online store is operated by a Finnish company Renow Oy. Renow provides return and grading software for retailers and Renow Outlet is part of Renow’s service offering to grade and resell the returning products.
