Renow Outlet Raffle Rules

These rules apply to raffles organized by Renow Outlet on social media.

Raffle Organizer:

The giveaway is organized by Renow Oy, Sörnäisten Rantatie 25, 00500 Helsinki, help@renow.ai.

1. How to Participate

Participants can enter the raffle by following Renow Outlet on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, and by commenting on a relevant giveaway post published on one of these channels, or by submitting a raffle form if provided.
Each person can participate only once.
Participants must be over 18 years of age.

2. Participation Period

The raffle is open for participation during the period specified in the respective Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok giveaway post or page.

3. Prizes, Winner Notification, and Prize Delivery

The prize will be a product featured on the post of Renow Outlet’s social media channels or a Renow Outlet gift card, with a value as described in the raffle post or page.

Renow will randomly select the winners on the date specified in the giveaway post or page and will contact the winner directly through the same channel used for participation.
Renow is responsible for delivering the prize, and delivery details will be arranged personally with the winner.

If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the raffle, Renow reserves the right to select a new winner.

4. Prize Restrictions and Winner’s Responsibility

The prize is personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

5. Organizer’s Liability

The organizer’s liability to participants is limited to the value or quantity of the prizes mentioned in these rules.
The organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or service interruptions caused by third parties.
The organizer will cover any applicable lottery tax.

6. Raffle Rules and Compliance

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the organizer.
Renow reserves the right to remove any entry that violates the rules without explanation and to modify these rules if necessary.
Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these rules will be resolved by the organizer.

7. Handling of Personal Data

By participating, you grant the organizer permission to register your name and contact details. The provided information will be used solely for matters related to the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

Renow handles all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
