Did you know that up to 40% of products purchased online get returned for instance due to wrong size or model. Transporting goods back to warehouse cause emissions. In order to avoid that we try to determine the condition of the sold products immediately when a customer is returning them. This helps us find a new owner as close as possible. 

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

All products have gone through our review process and have 14 days return policy. We determine the condition based on user input, pictures and other criteria. If the product condition is poor or it otherwise requires a closer look we may review them in-person.

A - LIKE NEW

Product is as in Excellent condition, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with in original box with all items in the box.

B - VERY GOOD

Product is in Very Good condition with no wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging. Items, that do not affect use in any way might be missing, like pieces of documentation.

C - MINOR WEAR

Product has minor signs of wear. Item is operational and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the package may be damaged. The missing parts are listed in the product description.

D - MAJOR WEAR

Products has clear signs of use or is in poor condition. There may be scratches, dents or other major sign of wear and product may need repairing or fixing. Product packaging may be missing. More details of defects can be found in the product description.

PRICING

Along with the sales price we may show compare-at price. For the compare-at price we use the average sales price from large retailers for a similar new item. Discount percentages are calculated from this compare-at price.
