Did you know that up to 40% of products purchased online get returned for instance due to wrong size or model. Transporting goods back to warehouse cause emissions. In order to avoid that we try to determine the condition of the sold products immediately when a customer is returning them. This helps us find a new owner as close as possible. 

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

All products have gone through our review process and have 14 days return policy. We determine the condition based on user input and careful product specific inspection. Upon inspection we determine its condition and may enhance the product and add missing components if required.

UNUSED

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before. 

A - LIKE NEW

Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.

B - VERY GOOD

Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging. Items, that do not affect use in any way might be missing, like pieces of documentation.

C - MINOR WEAR

Product has minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the original product packaging may be damaged or missing. The missing parts are listed in the product description.

D - MAJOR WEAR

Product has clear signs of use or is in poor condition and needs repairing or fixing. There may be scratches, dents or other major sign of wear and some functional components may be missing. More details of defects can be found in the product description.

PRE-OWNED

Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers. Product grading (A-D) defined above also applies to pre-owned products.

PRICING

Along with the sales price we may show compare-at price. For the compare-at price we use the average sales price from large retailers for a similar new item. Discount percentages are calculated from this compare-at price.
