Did you know that up to 40% of products purchased online get returned for instance due to wrong size or model. Transporting goods back to warehouse cause emissions. In order to avoid that we try to determine the condition of the sold products immediately when a customer is returning them. This helps us find a new owner as close as possible.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
All products have gone through our review process and have 14 days return policy. We determine the condition based on user input and careful product specific inspection. Upon inspection we determine its condition and may enhance the product and add missing components if required.
UNUSED
The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - LIKE NEW
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - VERY GOOD
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging. Items, that do not affect use in any way might be missing, like pieces of documentation.
C - MINOR WEAR
Product has minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the package may be damaged or missing. The missing parts are listed in the product description.
D - MAJOR WEAR
Product has clear signs of use or is in poor condition and needs repairing or fixing. There may be scratches, dents or other major sign of wear and some functional components may be missing. Product packaging may be missing. More details of defects can be found in the product description.

Along with the sales price we may show compare-at price. For the compare-at price we use the average sales price from large retailers for a similar new item. Discount percentages are calculated from this compare-at price.

You can use this smart model with a smartphone app if you wish. Thanks to the GARDENA smart system, you can be connected to your robotic lawnmower and take care of your garden - wherever you are. The Smart SILENO life reliably, accurately and almost silently cuts lawns up to 1000 m² in size.
Thanks to the lowest noise level in its class (57db A), the mower will not disturb you or your neighbors. Thanks to the advanced CorridorCut feature, the smart SILENO life also cuts narrow passages and dead ends where the distance between the boundary cables is a minimum of 60 cm. This robotic lawnmower is an excellent navigator that can handle even the narrowest areas and tightest corners with reliable accuracy. The robotic lawnmower takes care of both simple and complex lawns, and cuts even on slopes with a 35% incline. Thanks to the spot cutting function, you can place the SILENO in a hard-to-reach place, such as under garden furniture, which it will cut in a spiral pattern.
After the day's mowing work, the mower automatically returns to the charging station.
The Smart SILENO life is an expert garden helper that does its job in all weather conditions, rain or shine. Therefore, a rain sensor is not necessary. The smart frost sensor detects when the temperature drops close to zero and stops mowing to protect the lawn.
The boundary cable installed in the ground defines the mowing area precisely, and the patented guide cable guides the robotic lawnmower back to the charging station along the most efficient route, even through narrow areas. When you select the SensorControl function, the robot measures the growth of the grass and decides for itself how often it needs to be cut, but otherwise operates according to your pre-defined schedule.
The easy guided installation guides you through the initial setup. The app also suggests a mowing schedule so that your garden always looks neat. The Smart SILENO life is also convenient to clean with a garden hose if necessary. Thanks to the Smart Home feature, you can also control the mower with Alexa voice control.
LONA is an artificial intelligence-based mapping technology that adapts the mower's operation to different gardens using GPS, sensors and route calculations. The mapped area is visible in the GARDENA smart App smartphone app, and you can use it to define how often certain areas/zones should be cut. With the area protection function, you can define so-called stay away zones that you don't want to be cut. The location of the mower in the garden can be monitored in real time at any time. LONA technology is constantly evolving and will offer users even more versatile features in 2022 and beyond. In addition to robotic lawnmowers, the GARDENA smart system also includes many other products, such as an irrigation controller and a pump, all of which can be controlled with the same easy-to-use application. The application's plant library provides you with all the necessary information about plants.
