The food processor comes with three reversible slicing, shredding and grating discs (fine or coarse) that slice, shred, chop and grate vegetables, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes and parmesan cheese, among other things. The discs are made of stainless steel. The whisking disc whips cream, eggs, egg whites and butter in an instant. The plastic blade mixes cake and yeast doughs, among other things. The Powelix chopping blade is perfect for chopping and mincing onions, herbs, spices and meat, among other things. The chopping blade is made of stainless steel and has a titanium coating, which makes it extremely durable. The Powelix Life technology used in the manufacture of the blade makes it faster, thanks to the hardness and sharpness of the blades, their helical rotation and the optimum cutting angle. This feature significantly increases both torque and speed. Its practical benefit is highlighted when you are processing different types of food with the appliance, which also requires different movement and power for the standard accessories. For example, when making a smoothie, the blender blade needs to rotate at high speed to blend the ingredients thoroughly and achieve a velvety result quickly. That's why you need more speed from the motor when using the blender, but less power. The food processor bowl, on the other hand, is attached to the motor unit in the place where, instead of speed, the torque required to mix the yeast dough is achieved, for example, giving the dough a good consistency. Both motor outlets are marked with a different colour. Similarly, each standard accessory has a colour marking indicating where it should be attached to the motor unit - easy!

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.

Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.

We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.
