The Reolink E1 Pro AI is a smart security camera that turns in the direction you want. Thanks to intelligent motion detection and a motorized body, the camera can automatically track a detected target.
The mains-powered Reolink E1 Pro can be connected to a wireless Wi-Fi network (2.4/5 GHz) or using an ethernet cable. The camera's resolution is up to 2560 x 1440 (max. 15 fps) with an 84° angle (horizontal) and the camera also has night vision with IR lights.
The E1 Pro AI supports intelligent motion detection (people, pets) and when it detects motion, the camera can track the detected target by turning the camera according to the target's movement. At the same time, the camera sends a notification and makes a recording. The camera also supports two-way audio, i.e. the camera has a speaker and a microphone. The camera also has a memory card slot (max. 256 GB, the card must be purchased separately), so local recordings from motion detection go directly to the memory card.
The Pre Motion feature is also worth mentioning regarding motion detection. When the camera detects movement, the camera starts recording four (4) seconds before the actual moment when the movement was detected. So the recording doesn't start late, but at the right time.
The camera is operated and controlled with the easy-to-use Reolink application, which is available for both Android and iOS devices. Finnish can be selected as the application's language. In addition to the mobile application, the Reolink Client desktop application (macOS/Windows) is also available.
Reolink has launched cloud storage for selected Reolink camera models. The user can choose between Basic Plan, Standard Plan and Premier Plan storage options. The Basic Plan can be activated for one Reolink camera and the service is currently free. In the Basic Plan service, a 7-day recording history (max. 1 GB) is stored in the cloud. Standard and Premier plans are paid services offering a longer recording history, support for more cameras, more storage space and better alarm notifications (depending on the camera).

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.
Some product brands may offer extended warranties as a part of a campaign of a new product launch or as a paid service or otherwise. You will have to check the applicability of these directly from the brand.
Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.
Condition grade information
We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
C - Minor Wear
Product may have minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the original product packaging may be damaged or missing.

Product in good condition but may have minor signs of wear. Item is fully functional and works as intended. Some minor original components may be missing and the original product packaging may be missing. This is a dropshipped product by one of our partners.
