The Reolink TrackMix WiFi is a weatherproof security camera suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. It can be connected to the network either wirelessly or wired (Wi-Fi/Ethernet). The camera also has night vision with IR lights, which reaches up to 30 meters in optimal conditions.
In addition to traditional night vision, the camera also has two small LED lights that enable color-rich images in the dark/twilight.
A special feature of the Reolink TrackMix camera is its two image sensors (wide-angle and telephoto) and dual tracking feature with hybrid zoom. The wide-angle sensor is equipped with 4K 3840 x 2160 resolution, 2.8 mm focal length and F/1.6 aperture. The telephoto sensor, on the other hand, has Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, 8.0 mm focal length and F/1.6 aperture. When it detects movement, the TrackMix camera is able to automatically track the target thanks to its motorized body. Both sensors are displayed as separate image sources, so the user can choose which image they want to view. If desired, the images can also be combined, so that the tracked target is visible both zoomed in and in wide-angle at the same time.
Thanks to intelligent motion detection, the camera is able to separately detect people and vehicles in the image. The notifications sent by the camera take on a whole new meaning when motion detection is set to react only to vehicles and people.
The camera also has a memory card slot (max. 256 GB, card must be purchased separately), and the TrackMix PoE exceptionally supports continuous recording to a memory card. The camera also has support for interval videos (time-lapse). The camera is set to take pictures at desired intervals and a video is automatically created from the image series. The progress of a construction project, the spring awakening of plants, monitoring traffic flows, the dawn of the morning - the uses are endless!
The camera is used and controlled with the easy-to-use Reolink application, which is available for both Android and iOS devices. Finnish can be selected as the application's language. In addition to the mobile application, the Reolink Client desktop application (macOS/Windows) is also available, and if necessary, the camera can be used simply through a web browser.

Do products have warranty?
We service or refund product faults as any retailer as defined by the EU protection against faulty goods. In case you have an issue with the product you ordered from us please contact our Customer Care, we'll take good care of you.
Products sold as almost new or new have a 14 days right of return and a 12 months functionality warranty.
Pre-owned products are clearly indicated with a separate label and have a 14 days right of standard return.
Some product brands may offer extended warranties as a part of a campaign of a new product launch or as a paid service or otherwise. You will have to check the applicability of these directly from the brand.
Where are the products you sell coming from?
Our products are in most of the cases quality checked customer returns from our partner retailers and brands. Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers.
Can I pickup my order somewhere (click and collect)?
We ship the products either from local warehouses or from our central warehouse in Finland and we always try to find the lowest CO2 route to customers. Hence we don't have an option for click and collect.
Condition grade information
We determine the condition category based on user feedback and product-specific inspection. When the product is inspected, we may add missing parts or otherwise improve the product as needed.

The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - As New
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - Very Good
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging.
C - Minor Wear
