The XPLORA X6 Play watch phone contains a pre-installed SIM card from the XPLORA Mobile Oy operator. The phone and the guardian's XPLORA application are linked together and the XPLORA phone does not work without linking. Using the subscription costs €11/12/13 per month, depending on which of the order options is selected on the activation page. The prices include free calls, messages and data usage in the EU/EEA area. The pre-installed SIM card of the XPLORA phone works on Elisa's network. From July 1, 2023, Xplora will charge a service fee for the use of the guardian's application if the customer has a subscription from an operator other than Xplora. The service fee only applies to new Xplora bell phone activations. Existing Xplora users will not be affected by the change. The service fee for the guardian application is €9.90 (incl. VAT) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to work together with the guardian's application.

The service fee covers the use of the Xplora guardian application with the watch and access to the Xplora activity platform.
