Did you know that up to 40% of products purchased online get returned for instance due to wrong size or model. Transporting goods back to warehouse cause emissions. In order to avoid that we try to determine the condition of the sold products immediately when a customer is returning them. This helps us find a new owner as close as possible.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
All products have gone through our review process and have 14 days return policy. We determine the condition based on user input and careful product specific inspection. Upon inspection we determine its condition and may enhance the product and add missing components if required.
UNUSED
The product is new and the product package has not been opened before.
A - LIKE NEW
Product is comparable to a new product, but product package has been opened. No signs of wear or defect. Comes with the original box with all items in the box.
B - VERY GOOD
Product is in Very Good condition, has little or no signs of wear but may have been tried by a previous customer. All major items are in the box but there may be some minor damage in the product packaging. Items, that do not affect use in any way might be missing, like pieces of documentation.
C - MINOR WEAR
Product has minor signs of wear. Item is functional and fully works as intended. Some components may be missing or the package may be damaged or missing. The missing parts are listed in the product description.
D - MAJOR WEAR
Product has clear signs of use or is in poor condition and needs repairing or fixing. There may be scratches, dents or other major sign of wear and some functional components may be missing. Product packaging may be missing. More details of defects can be found in the product description.
PRE-OWNED
Pre-owned products are clearly labeled and are either serviced products from our partner retailers or quality checked products acquired directly from consumers. Product grading (A-D) defined above also applies to pre-owned products.
PRICING
Along with the sales price we may show compare-at price. For the compare-at price we use the average sales price from large retailers for a similar new item. Discount percentages are calculated from this compare-at price.

The XPLORA X6 Play watch phone contains a pre-installed SIM card from the XPLORA Mobile Oy operator. The phone and the guardian's XPLORA application are linked together and the XPLORA phone does not work without linking. Using the subscription costs €11/12/13 per month, depending on which of the order options is selected on the activation page. The prices include free calls, messages and data usage in the EU/EEA area. The pre-installed SIM card of the XPLORA phone works on Elisa's network. Important information, read before purchase.
From July 1, 2023, Xplora will charge a service fee for the use of the guardian's application if the customer has a subscription from an operator other than Xplora. The service fee only applies to new Xplora bell phone activations. Existing Xplora users will not be affected by the change. The service fee for the guardian application is €9.90 (incl. VAT) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to work together with the guardian's application.
The service fee covers the use of the Xplora guardian application with the watch and access to the Xplora activity platform.
The use of the Xplora guardian application is included in the Xplora subscription, so no service fee is charged. Read more and activate the subscription from the link below.
